6月28日上午，應(yīng)海南合美藥業(yè)董事長(zhǎng)的邀請(qǐng)，海大源資深人力資源管理專家再次來(lái)到合美藥業(yè)，對(duì)該公司來(lái)自全國(guó)各地的80余位高層經(jīng)理進(jìn)行了題為《態(tài)度決定一切》的專題培訓(xùn)。合美藥業(yè)與海大源建立了長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的合作關(guān)系。此前，鄭教授曾成功的為海南合美藥業(yè)公司做了主題為《有效溝通》的培訓(xùn)，并受到了公司員工的熱烈歡迎和一致好評(píng)。
與上次培訓(xùn)相比，本次培訓(xùn)參與人數(shù)更多，培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容更為豐富。本次培訓(xùn)共分為3講，陽(yáng)光心態(tài)、認(rèn)識(shí)態(tài)度以及更新你的態(tài)度。鄭教授通過(guò)九人過(guò)橋的故事引出了陽(yáng)光心態(tài)的重要性。指出良好的心態(tài)影響個(gè)人、家庭、團(tuán)隊(duì)、組織，最后影響社會(huì)。好的心態(tài)讓你成功，壞的心態(tài)毀滅你自己。而后講解了態(tài)度的含義以及陽(yáng)光心態(tài)的重要性，最后提出了改變心態(tài)的六個(gè)工具。
鄭老師的語(yǔ)言生動(dòng)風(fēng)趣，富于激情，感染力極強(qiáng)。培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中貫穿了分組討論、心里測(cè)驗(yàn)、互動(dòng)游戲、以及舉例等生動(dòng)活潑的方式，培訓(xùn)氣氛十分活躍，使得學(xué)員收到了良好的學(xué)習(xí)效果，合美藥業(yè)董事長(zhǎng)表示期待與海大源下一次的愉快合作。
